2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders
- Flat Rate Shipping: We may offer flat rate express shipping options for $15.00
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
At this time, we only offer shipping to a single address per order. If you would like to have items sent to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

- Damaged Items: If your product is damaged upon arrival, please keep the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours for assistance with returns or exchanges.
- Lost Shipments: In the event that your order is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us so we can investigate further.
9. Address Errors
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Euro Parts Group is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
